Thai-Style Lettuce Wraps
This recipe gets rave reviews at potluck appetizer parties.
A double batch with small leaves will make about 20 appetizer wraps. As an appetizer, Jane recommends bringing as a bowl of filling and a plate of lettuce leaves. The smaller the leaves, the more people you can serve.
As a main course, a single batch should make 6 wraps (serving 3).
TIP: Save money by using the central leaves from a head of romaine rather than butter lettuce.
