Christmas Lentils with Wine-Glazed Winter Vegetables

Here is how we adapted it.
We used water instead of vegetable broth, a clove of garlic instead of garlic powder, and frozen basil instead of fresh. We did not add the extra garnish of more rosemary and basil.
